Le Mans Métropole undertakes the requalification of the Perrières district in Allonnes. This sector is included in the perimeter of the priority district of national interest Chaoué-Perrières as part of the New National Urban Renewal Program (NPNRU) of the ANRU. The purpose of this consultation will be to renovate the Perrières district by partially integrating the guide plan drawn up in 2018 and the diagnosis drawn up by the Le Mans Métropole services in 2024.
