The services defined in paragraph 4 of the CoC include the following flat-rate tasks: - Assistance and follow-up of the contract for internal removal services described in point 4.1 of the Staff Committee's Rules of Procedure; - Assistance and follow-up of the logistics services contract for the warehouse and parcel management part described in paragraph 4.2 of the CoC; - Assistance and follow-up of contracts for the supply and maintenance of bulk gas and packaged gas equipment described in point 4.3 of the CoC. The contract is for a period of 36 firm months. For information, it is hoped that the services will start in January 2025. It includes options: - Option 1: extension of the operational phase for 12 months - Option 2: extension of the operational phase for 12 months - Option 3: outgoing reversibility (2 months in parallel with the operational phase).
