Description: 1. Przy wyborze najkorzystniejszej oferty Zamawiający będzie się kierował następującym kryterium oceny ofert: cena – waga kryterium: 100% - 100,00 pkt. (najkorzystniejsza oferta z najniższą ceną) 2. Zasady oceny ofert w kryterium Cena (C) cena najniższa brutto* C = ------------------------------------------------ x 100 pkt x 100% cena oferty ocenianej brutto *spośród wszystkich złożonych ofert niepodlegających odrzuceniu 3. Podstawą przyznania punktów w kryterium „cena” będzie cena ofertowa brutto podana przez Wykonawcę w Formularzu Ofertowym, złożonym za pośrednictwem Platformy, z uwzględnieniem poprawy oczywistych omyłek rachunkowych. 4. Punktacja przyznawana ofertom w kryterium oceny ofert będzie liczona z dokładnością do dwóch miejsc po przecinku, zgodnie z zasadami arytmetyki. 5. Za ofertę najkorzystniejszą zostanie uznana oferta, która uzyska najwyższą liczbę punktów w kryterium oceny ofert. 6. Jeżeli nie można wybrać najkorzystniejszej oferty ze względu na to, że zostały złożone oferty o takiej samej cenie, Zamawiający wzywa Wykonawców, którzy złożyli te oferty, do złożenia w terminie określonym przez Zamawiającego ofert dodatkowych zawierających nową cenę. Wykonawcy, składając oferty dodatkowe, nie mogą oferować cen wyższych niż zaoferowane w uprzednio złożonych przez nich ofertach.
