Description

1. The contract concerns:
(a) taking and operating: a revolving loan of up to PLN 30000000 (PLN thirty million) – in connection with the implementation of the Project, to cover the amounts due in respect of VAT which the Contracting Authority will pay and then seek reimbursement from the competent authority; pre-financing of a loan from the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management (hereinafter: NFOŚiGW) and pre-financing of the amounts of the commitments, taking into account the flow of funds from the Cohesion Fund (pre-financing of grants) requested by the Contracting Authority (Task No 1); a revolving loan of up to PLN 60000000 (PLN sixty million) – in connection with the implementation of the Project, for the pre-financing of the amounts of commitments, taking into account the flow of funds from the Cohesion Fund (pre-financing of grants) applied for by the Contracting Authority (Task No 2), which will ensure that the Contracting Authority retains liquidity during the period from the disbursement of the funds to the moment of reimbursement;
(b) the banking service of ProNatura in connection with the implementation of the project (Task No 3).
