Description

Das Institut für Chemie, 2. Bauabschnitt, der Freien Universität Berlin liegt in der Takustraße in Berlin Dahlem. Das Bestandsgebäude aus den 70-er Jahren wird inkl. der Fassade bis auf die vorhandene Rohbaukonstruktion abgebrochen und steht nach der Sanierung wieder der Lehre und Forschung zur Verfügung. Da die Sanierung bei laufendem Betrieb erfolgt, wird die Maßnahme in 2 Realisierungsabschnitten verwirklicht. Zur Vorbereitung sind Vorab- und Interimsmaßnahmen und die Errichtung eines interimistischen Modulbaus notwendig.
