The ELPHY Quantum lithography growing kit from Raith, which is operated at the Micro- and Nanoanalytics Center (MNaF), is currently being used in the Helios NanoLab 600 SEM/FIB system at the University of Siegen and is used to structure electron-beam-sensitive paint in the nanoscale range. It is planned to upgrade this kit to ELPHY Plus for operation on one of Thermo Fisher's new DFG-funded SEM/FIB systems to be operated in the new INCYTE research building at the University of Siegen. Electron beam lithography functionality in the form of ELPHY Plus is available to university research centers, the Center for Sensor Systems (ZESS), the Center for Micro- and Nanochemistry and Engineering (Cμ), the Center for Innovative Materials (Cm), the DFG-funded Micro- and Nanoanalysis Center (MNaF) and biomedical sensor research, as well as external cooperation partners.
