SKI er en indkøbscentral og udbyder på vegne af SKI’s kunder en rammeaftale vedrørende forskellige konsulentydelser relateret til forskellige grene af managementsupport. Rammeaftalen er benævnt 17.11 Managementsupport. Rammeaftalen er opdelt i følgende 6 delaftaler, som hver især udgør selvstændige rammeaftaler: • Delaftale 1 Strategi- og organisationsudvikling • Delaftale 2 Forretningsprocesser og effektivisering • Delaftale 3 Analyser og evaluering • Delaftale 4 Systemer og styring • Delaftale 5 Human ressources • Delaftale 6 Grønne ydelser Delaftalerne er opdelt på fagniveau, alt efter hvilke kompetencer kerneopgaverne på de respektive delaftaler kræver.
