Description

The Länsi-Uusimaa wellbeing services county (later also the Client) requests applications to participate in the procurement of psychological services. The procurement is carried out as a dynamic supplier register, which means a procedure designed by the contracting entity itself, in accordance with the principles of the Act on Public Procurement and Concession Contracts, for procuring the services that are the subject of the procurement. The Länsi-Uusimaa wellbeing services county selects all Service Providers that meet the requirements set out in this request to participate and the appendices to this request to participate in the dynamic supplier register. It is possible to submit a request to participate for the time being. The client decides on a possible new break and reopening of the request to participate. During the contract period, purchases are made from service providers included in the supplier register either through suitability or through lighter competitive tendering, i.e. so-called mini-tendering. When estimating the most suitable Service Provider from among all those approved as Service Providers, the Service Provider's special expertise required on a case-by-case basis is taken into account first, and then the availability and pricing of the Service Provider's service. A more detailed description of the procurement procedure can be found in Annex 1.1 "Description of the procurement procedure" to the invitation to participate. A more detailed description of the content of the procurement can be found in Annex 1 "Description of the subject of the procurement" to the invitation to tender. The agreement is valid until further notice. Please note that in addition to Finnish, you can also submit a tender in Swedish.
