The subject of the contract also includes the preparation and submission to the Contracting Authority of a radiation protection project, as well as the provision of the necessary technical documents to the Contracting Authority in connection with the commissioning of the equipment. The equipment to be offered by the participants in this contract should be brand new, non-recycled and unused for demonstration purposes, as well as maintained by the respective manufacturer at the time of submission of the tender. The subject matter of this contract includes the implementation of the following activities: 1. Delivery, installation, installation and commissioning of the equipment, including preparation of a radiation protection project; 2. On-site training of the employees of the Employer for work with the delivered equipment; 3. Warranty maintenance / servicing of the equipment for a period of not less than 12 months; According to Article 21(6) of the Public Procurement Act, the contracting authority is entitled to award lots in the order valid for the individual estimated value of each of them, provided that the value of the respective lot does not exceed BGN 156 464.00 for supplies and services and the total estimated value of the lots awarded in this way does not exceed 20 per cent of the total estimated value of the contract. In this case, irrespective of the residual value of the contract, it shall be awarded in the order applicable to the total estimated value of the whole contract.
