Description

The tourism agency Schleswig-Holstein GmbH (TA.SH) advertises the support by a digital agency in the area of web development. The aim of the tender is to select a high-performance digital agency that supports TA.SH as a long-term partner in the support and further development of its websites. In addition to the reliable technical operation and ongoing support, a special focus is on the user-centered new development of the tourism B2C presence www.sh-tourismus.de and a relaunch of the website in the autumn of 2027 at the latest. The current B2B website (www.sh-business.de) is partly transferred to the knowledge platform (www.touhuus.sh) responsible for the implementation management of TA.SH. The website www.touhuus.sh is expressly not part of this call for tenders. In the future, the B2B website (www.sh-business.de) will also be newly created and will focus on TA.SH and its tasks in the future. As part of the cooperation, it is planned to completely redesign the B2C website. The aim is to bring the website up to date in the areas of marketing and technology. The target group of the B2C website are guests at home and abroad. For this purpose, the market-relevant aspects must be taken into account. The future digital agency is to bring in technical implementation expertise as well as strategic and conceptual advice and actively provide impulses for a modern user experience, digital accessibility, mobile use and innovative digital services. The development takes into account the strategic goals of TA.SH, the requirements of the tourism strategy Schleswig-Holstein 2030 and the needs of the defined target groups. Maximum value: If the maximum value is reached, this automatically terminates the framework agreement. 450.000,00 € This contract is a framework agreement. There is no entitlement to a minimum purchase. The billing takes place after the actual delivery. The client reserves the right to award the contract on the basis of the initial offers without entering into negotiations.
