The North Karelia Welfare Region will carry out a direct procurement of the client-specific substitute care needed by the child welfare services of family and social services from Tulilyhty Oy for the contract period starting on 3 April 2025 and continuing until further notice. The substitute care places selected through the Dynamic Purchasing System (302658 / Purchasing Services for Child Welfare) do not include substitute care places that meet the customer's needs.
