The Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU)/Institute of Material Technology, invites you to submit a tender for a test station for direct methanol fuel cells (DMFC).
The equipment shall allow, at a minimum, the user to carry out the following general operations:
— Connect to a single DMFC sized 5 x 5 cm2 to a controlled load in low-effect area (typically <100 W).
— Flow of fuel and oxidants to the cell under pressure, temperature and flow control and monitor the operational parameters such as flow, voltage and temperature.
— Secure operation, also uten supervision.
— Computer managed (automated) control and monitoring.
— Equipment for or interface to equipment that carries out more advanced measurements such as electro impedance spectroscopy or linear sweep voltammetry will be considered and used.
— Scripting possibilities will be seen as a strong advantage.
— Equipment for exhaust analysis will be an advantage.
