Description

The subject of the contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement on the graphic design of prints, logos, graphics, illustrations, animations and other graphic elements or media, in accordance with these corporate design specifications, up to the point of pure signature and the creation of a PDF X1a file for printed products or a flv and mp4 files for animations.
The framework agreement to be concluded obliges the Contractor to perform specific orders of the kind referred to in paragraph 1 in accordance with his tender, provided that a specific assignment is made (2. Stage) by the Contracting Authority.
The framework agreement includes a forecast contract volume of EUR 36875 per year excluding VAT, with no guarantee by the contracting authority. The Contractor shall not be entitled to the placing of a specific contract.
