Description

Anfang des Jahres 2025 bezieht das Bundesministerium für Wirtschaft und Klimaschutz (BMWK, im Folgenden Auftraggeber, kurz AG) in Berlin eine neue Liegenschaft in der Chausseestraße 23, 10115 Berlin. Die neue Liegenschaft in der Chausseestraße umfasst ca. 500 Büroräume sowie u.a. Co-Working-Bereiche, Workshop-, Konferenz- und Besprechungsräume. Die Ausstattung/Einrichtung basiert auf einer innenarchitektonischen Gestaltungsplanung, welche ein hochwertiges und repräsentatives Gesamtbild des neuen Leitungsbereichs sicherstellt. Die bereitzustellenden Produkte sind beschrieben im Preisblatt (Excel-Datei „Leistungsbeschreibung Moebel - Preisblatt“). Die jeweilige Stückzahl ergibt sich aus Spalte „I“ der Anlage „Preisblatt“. Für die in der Excel-Tabelle gekennzeichneten Produkte besteht jeweils die Option des AG, diese Produkte zum angebotenen Preis bis maximal in der dargestellten Höhe zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt nachzukaufen. Der AG hat die Option, diese Produkte innerhalb von fünf Jahren nach Zuschlagserteilung vom AN nachzukaufen.
