1. The subject of the contract was the supply of cold meats and meat to the Police Training Centre in Legionowo and the Administrative and Economic Department of the CSP in Sułkowice. 2. The Contracting Authority reserved the right to unilaterally extend the period of performance of the contract to 60 days after the date specified in the contract, within the limits of the funds specified for this purpose and to request the conclusion of an annex to the contract in this respect. 10. Pursuant to Article 310 of the Act, the Contracting Authority could cancel the procurement procedure if the public funds that the Contracting Authority intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract were not awarded to it. 11. The Contractor undertook to deliver the subject of the contract in collective packaging, properly sorted and protected against damage, under the temperature conditions recommended by the manufacturer and in a clean means of transport adapted to transport the subject of the contract. 12. The contracting authority stipulated that the total value of the contract could not exceed its financial resources. 13.
