La présente consultation concerne la reconstruction du Centre Hospitalier de la Risle. Le projet vise à édifier un hôpital de 9 588 m² sur 5 niveaux, intégrant divers services (consultations, urgences, rééducation, administration, logistique, radiologie, gériatrie, soins palliatifs, etc.). La nouvelle structure sera construite sur l'emplacement du parking actuel, et l'hôpital existant y sera transféré à la livraison.
