Description

Planning services for the rehabilitation of triple sports halls: includes the ‘object planning of buildings’ for the sports hall object (ground floor incl. sanitary and entrance area approx. 2 600 m², buildingj. 1971/1972) and the carrying out of a feasibility study “Assembly site” (for feasibility study: flat-rate tender) as an ancillary service under building regulations. Provisions, i.e. before the service phases 1-9 HOAI are dealt with. The additional costs for converting the sports hall into a meeting venue for 800-1200 people should be determined on the basis of building law requirements. A tender is requested for service phases 1-9 HOAI, fee zone III – lower, construction costs EUR 3000000, existing building fabric to be processed EUR 900000, renovation surcharge 20 %. This will be based on the 2012 feasibility study, which will be handed over to the candidates admitted to the further procurement procedure after the competition.
