1. The subject of the contract are transport services in the field of transport of disabled pupils to schools and institutions and transport to their place of residence in the 2025/2026 school year organized by the Municipality of Krzeszowice. The Contractor is obliged to provide care to students during transport. 2. Mentioned in para. 1 service is organized entirely by the Municipality of Krzeszowice. 3. Transport means the transport of pupils from a designated stop at their place of residence to schools or establishments and the transport of pupils from schools and establishments to a designated stop at their place of residence. 4. Transport of children to schools and institutions will take place in the morning, picking up children in the afternoon. 5. The subject of the contract is divided into 4 lots described below: • Part I: Transport of disabled pupils to schools and institutions in Krakow and transport of pupils to their place of residence (4 routes). • Part II: Transport of disabled students to schools and institutions in Trzebinia, Chrzanów and Jaworzno and transport of students to their place of residence (2 routes). • Part III: Transport of disabled pupils to schools and institutions in Olkusz and Wolbrom and transport of pupils to their place of residence. • Part IV: Transport of disabled students to the Integrative Primary School in Radwanowice and transport of students to their place of residence. 6.
