Microscope provision for the Pilot Centre for ensuring regular maintenance of historic buildings under Investment I.4 - Circular Economy and increasing energy efficiency of historic buildings under Component C5 - Renovation Wave of the NRRP: Microscope pcs. 2 In accordance with Article 160(1) of Law No 98/2016, as amended, the deadline by which any economic operator interested in participating in the public procurement procedure has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the tender documentation 18 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. In accordance with Article 160(2) of Law No 98/2016, as amended, the Contracting Authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification on the 11th day before the deadline set in the Contract Notice for the submission of tenders.
