Description

The municipality of Lemvig wishes to conclude a contract with one supplier for the purchase of electronic door locks and the associated administration system for use by resident citizens receiving home help.
In order to help these citizens, it is necessary for home care to be able to access the citizen’s home, even in cases where the citizen cannot open the door himself.
The electronic door latches shall replace the current access solution, which consists of a larger amount of keys in key boxes distributed to employees as needed.
Overall, the solution should facilitate access to the citizen’s home, be simple to handle everyday life, user-friendly, safe and reduce the time needed for driving and administration, thus freeing up time and resources for citizens’ purposes.
In general, Lemvig Municipality would like to see a solution that is functional and user-friendly, both in terms of installation, daily use and staff involved in the management of the system.
The municipality of Lemvig will initially purchase 410 locks (initial order), including the associated management system.
The Contractor shall be responsible for hosting the management system, implementing and training for a defined number of persons in accordance with Contract Annex A – Specification of requirements of the tender documentation. In addition, the tenderer shall be responsible for installing the initial order of 410 locks. Lemvig Municipality will itself be responsible for the installation of subsequent purchased locks.
