Description

1. The subject of the contract is - under the conditions described in the contract to be concluded between the Employer and the Contractor, SWZ and in the Contractor's offer - the successive collection, transport and management of waste collected by the Contractor from the Employer classified under code 19 12 12 - other waste (including mixed substances and objects) from the mechanical treatment of waste other than those listed in 19 12 11, divided into 3 parts, in the types and quantities specified below. 2. Waste may only be subjected to recovery operations R1 and/or R12, as specified in the Waste Act of 14 December 2012. (Journal of Laws 2023.1587, as amended)/Annex IA to Regulation (EC) No 1013/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 June 2006 on shipments of waste (OJ EU L 190/1, as amended), whereby ‘undergoing a recovery operation’ means the initiation and completion of that operation. 3. The subject of the contract includes: d) part 1 – being a fraction of ballast waste with an energy value from the municipal waste sorting process of 8900 Mg (+/-) 10 Mg (quantitative differences may result from storage conditions and the technical and technological solutions of the weight system), but not less than 900 Mg (minimum benefit) Bulk waste. (e) Part 2 – being the fraction of ballast waste with an energy value from the municipal waste sorting process in the amount of 8900 Mg (+/-) 10 Mg (quantitative differences may result from storage conditions and the technical and technological solutions of the weight system), but not less than 900 Mg (minimum benefit) Bulk waste. (f) Part 3 – being the fraction of ballast waste with an energy value from the municipal waste sorting process in the amount of 8900 Mg (+/-) 10 Mg (quantitative differences may result from storage conditions and the technical and technological solutions of the weight system), but not less than 900 Mg (minimum benefit) Waste in bulk. 4. The contractor must indicate in the tender form (Annex 1 to the RVU) the recovery operation to which the waste will be subjected. 5. Collection of waste: 1) The transfer and collection of Waste shall take place exclusively on the basis of and in accordance with written [form under pain of nullity] individual orders of the Ordering Party addressed to the Contractor and delivered by e-mail, specifying the amount of Waste and the date on which the Ordering Party expects their collection. 2) The Ordering Party will place individual orders when the amount of Waste collected by it, which is to be collected in one day, will be at least 16 Mg, 3) The Contractor will collect Waste while maintaining the following technical infrastructure requirements at the Ordering Party's plant: a) the gross weight of an individual vehicle entering (empty vehicle for loading) into the premises of the Contracting Authority may not exceed 18 tonnes b) the distance between the extreme axles of an individual vehicle may not exceed 16 metres in length and the length of the vehicle does not exceed 18 metres c) the loading of waste transferred in bulk takes place "from above" 4) After weighing the vehicle loaded with Waste, the Contracting Authority will issue a document of removal from storage. 5) The Ordering Party shall draw up a Waste Transfer Card [KPO] for each batch of Waste collected from the plant operated by it by the Contractor's transport. These cards will be issued in accordance with the Waste Act. The Contractor will be responsible for confirming by the Operator, in which the recovery process will be carried out, the weight and type of Waste specified in each Waste Transfer Card issued by the Ordering Party, in accordance with the Waste Act. 6) If the shipment of Waste is of an international nature, the documents specified in Regulation (EC) No 1013/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 June 2006 on shipments of waste (Journal of Laws No. EU L 190/1, as amended).
