Description

Transportation of cargo in “immediate, weekly” mode for the benefit of MoD forces and former combatants in the wider Afghan theatre. The maximum time allowed for the performance of the service is 96 hours. Contract with order forms within the meaning of Article 77 of the Public Procurement Code. Place of execution: The geographical scope covers departures and destinations as referred to in the Tariff Schedules in Annexes 1 and 2 to the Commitment Act and in Annex 3 “Known links” of the CCAP, i.e.: — between metropolitan France and the wider Afghan theatre (Afghanistan, Tajikistan and United Arab Emirates) and vice versa – between Afghan theatres of operation, Tajikistan, United Arab Emirates, Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan, Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Georgia. Intra and inter-theatre connections may be provided on an ad hoc basis. This geographical perimeter is likely to change as diplomatic and geopolitical changes take place.
