The operation includes the interior transformation, the refurbishment of the envelope, the energy remediation and the extension by elevation of the current building of advanced age (known as B20 or HPAA). This restructuring will make it possible to accommodate three entities: - The Department of Addiction Medicine (SMA, 23 beds) which brings together the services of the CHUV relating to the management of addictions, with and without substances (alcohol, drugs, drugs, other psychotropic drugs, excessive gambling, cyberaddiction). - Two adult general psychiatry units (PGE, 2 x 17 beds), as well as a possible 3rd unit (validation to be confirmed). - A secure rehabilitation facility for adults (ERS, 19 beds) that will provide care to patients placed under therapeutic measure by a court.
