Description

(1) The object of the contract is to take out a long-term loan of PLN 6000000,00 to finance the planned deficit entered in the budget of the Municipality of Bieruń for 2013;
(2) Loan duration: 120 months;
(3) The credit is placed at the disposal of the contracting authority no later than 2 working days after the date of conclusion of the credit agreement and no later than 31.12.2013;
(4) The loan is to be released in 1 tranche;
(5) The bank does not charge commissions and other charges on the loan granted (the only fee may be a mark-up);
(6) The contracting authority reserves the right not to use part of the loan, for which the bank will not charge any fee or commission.
