Description

1. Within the scope of the contract, the Contractor shall:
(1) transfer ownership to the Contracting Authority and provide it with the software;
(2) ensure that non-exclusive licences are granted to the Contracting Authority for an indefinite period of time for the use of the software;
(3) provide technical support for the software from the date of conclusion of the contract until 11 September 2021 and provide the relevant documents confirming the right of the Contracting Authority to use the technical support and update service for this software;
(4) implement the software on the server specified by the Contracting Authority;
(5) provide post-implementation documentation.
2. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in the draft contract (Annex 1 to the ToR).
