GEM Crailo B.V. wishes to conclude an agreement with one contractor for the execution of engineering services, including for the purposes of building and residential preparation, engineering, refurbishment, drafting Preliminary Design (VO) / Final Design (DO) and (green) cutlery. For more information, see the Tender Documents. The estimated value of the contract is € 575,000 (excluding VAT) over the entire duration of the contract (i.e.: all further assignments covered by the agreement added together). The maximum value of the contract will be twice (200%) the expected size in order to be able to absorb peaks at which this maximum will be indexed in accordance with the clause included in the contract. The maximum value of the agreement is therefore set at € 1,150,000 (excluding VAT) subject to indexation. The above mentioned size is only intended as an indication.
