Description

De scope van de aanbesteding bestaat uit het leveren en onderhouden van een nieuwe ICT-oplossing, Software as a Service (SaaS)-oplossing, voor Rekening Courant voor Justitiabelen die in staat is om de dagelijkse transacties van Justitiabelen te beheren en te monitoren. De nieuwe ICT-oplossing moet gegevens kunnen uitwisselen met perifere systemen, zoals TULP/BVJ/kernregisters, het grootboek, bank, bestelapplicaties, winkels en rapportagesystemen ten behoeve van veiligheid en management. DJI is op zoek naar een nieuwe centrale ICT-toepassing die de functionaliteit van het huidige maatwerk kan vervangen en de mogelijkheid biedt om in de nabije toekomst wijzigingen of vernieuwingen in de perifere systemen eenvoudig te ondersteunen. Daarnaast dient Opdrachtnemer in staat te zijn de nieuwe ICT-oplossing te onderhouden en de gebruikers te trainen. • Aantal initiële gebruikers 20-30 • Aantal systemen waaraan gekoppeld wordt (inclusief sso): 7 • Actieve Rekening Couranthouders (Justiabelen) 15.000-20.000 • het totale gemiddelde uitstaande tegoed van Justitiabelen : 4 miljoen Euro; • per jaar 1 miljoen berichten tussen de telefoonvoorziening en Rekening Courant; • per jaar meer dan 2 miljoen loontransacties; • per jaar meer dan 2 miljoen afboekingen (winkel, verhuur, activiteiten ed.); • ongeveer 20.000 overboekingen per jaar naar buiten; • gemiddeld 25.000 nieuwe Rekening Couranthouders per jaar.
