Description

In the municipality of La Grande Motte, the Port City Project, part of which has been granted to the SPL L'Or Aménagement, includes the modernization of port infrastructure, the requalification of public spaces, the strengthening of the Baumel peninsula and the creation of a new residential area. In this context, it is planned to create, on the Baumel peninsula, a nautical hall that will eventually welcome the various players in boating (dealers, shipchandlers, renters, ...). The total estimated surface area of this building is 3400 m 2 SU. The areas allocated to nautical activities will be delivered gross in order to allow the various tenants and future occupants to carry out personalized layouts of the spaces. The associative spaces, sanitary and common areas will be delivered fitted out. The estimated financial envelope for the works is set at EUR 5 270 000 excluding tax (June 2025). This is a restricted design project management competition for a new building construction operation with the following project management tasks: basic mission (ESQ, APS, APD, PRO, ACT, EXE - y/c quantitative (for some lots only)/ VISA / SYN, DET and AOR) + complementary OPC and Project Manager missions. The estimated overall duration of the project management contract is 42 months, of which: - studies phase: 13 months – works phase: 17 months – guarantee of perfect completion: 12 months Text automatically translated in your browsing language Automatically translated
