Description

1. The subject of the contract is: delivery with installation of slab furniture in the form of: desks of various types, reception counter, extra beds for desks, collars, containers, tables of various types, cabinets of various types, racks, kitchen fittings, hangers, sofas, sofas, cabinets for the banner. 2. The detailed specification of the subject-matter of the contract, specifying the type, dimensions, material, construction and colour requirements, is set out in Annex 3 to the FTZ – Description of the subject-matter of the contract. 3. The customer requires a minimum of 24 months warranty for the delivered assortment, but not shorter than the manufacturer's warranty. The warranty period runs from the date of signing the quantitative and qualitative acceptance protocol, not confirming defects and defects and deficiencies. 4. As part of the performance of the contract, the Contractor will be obliged to deliver the furniture, assemble it and set it up in the premises indicated by the Ordering Party. 5. The assortment must be made in accordance with the standards specified by the Ordering Party in Annex 3 to the FTZ or equivalent standards. 6. The place of delivery and assembly will be KPP Brzesko, 32-800 Brzesko, ul. Tadeusz Kościuszko 84 and KWP in Kraków, 31-571 Kraków, ul. Mogilska 109 – as indicated in Annex 3 to the FTZ
