Description

The services for the maintenance, inspection, repair and malfunction management of the technical installations of the Federal Administrative Court (BVerwG) are intended to ensure high-quality building management under economically advantageous conditions. The services include, in terms of their nature and scope, all the measures necessary for the safe, functional, economic and environmentally friendly operation of the property and the technical installations. The contractor will thus be responsible, inter alia, for cyclical and timely maintenance and, in part, for the proper repair of the technical installations. As part of the incident management, the contractor will provide an incident service for 24 hours a day and 365/366 days a year.
The services required are in accordance with DIN 31051, DIN 32736, the guidelines of the Working Group on Machinery and Electrical Engineering of State and Municipal Administrations (AMEV) and VDMA 24186. The services requested include the following installations of the cost groups in accordance with DIN 276:
— 300 technical installations in the construction construction sector,
— 410 waste water, water, gas installations,
— 420 heat supply installations,
— 430 Aerial installations,
— 440 power plants,
— 450 telecommunications and information technology equipment
— 460 production installations,
— 470 use-specific installations,
— 480 building automation,
— 540 outdoor technical installations,
— 550 external installation
— CC-V A3 Testing of portable electrical equipment,
— CC-V A3 Testing of fixed electrical installations and equipment,
— VDI 2052 Indoor air systems for kitchen installations,
— VDI 6022 Hygiene Inspection of ventilation equipment,
— VDI 6023 Drinking water/legionella test including chloride and chlorate measurement,
— TrinkwV 2001 Drinking Water Test, as amended,
— TRBS 1201 Lift installations in accordance with TRBS 1201.
The services are to be provided for all the installations and systems referred to in the bill of quantities, including all components and distribution networks included and all terminal equipment such as radiators, air throughlets, pump valves. The Ordinance on safety and health in the supply of work equipment and its use at work, on safety in the operation of installations requiring supervision and on the organisation of occupational health and safety (Occupational Safety Ordinance) as amended must be complied with.
