Equipment for the repair of pits in successive layers - 1 piece - DRDP Buzau Deadlines for submitting / responding to requests for clarifications / additional information: A. In accordance with Article 160(1) of Law No 98/2016, as amended, the deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the Award Documentation is on the 20th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. B. In accordance with Article 160(2) of Law No 98/2016, as amended, the deadline by which the Contracting Authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information is on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. Any request for clarification submitted after the mentioned date will make it impossible for the CA to provide an answer and will therefore be considered TARDIVA.
