Digitalisation of services through the acquisition of hardware, software components and the provision of services for the implementation, configuration and integration of the Integrated Information System within the project ‘DIGITALIZATION OF THE HOSPITAL OF ORASENESC CORABIA’, necessary for carrying out the professional activity within the institution, in accordance with the provisions of the tender specifications. The award procedure is initiated under a standstill clause (which provides for the possibility of cancelling the contract award procedure, in accordance with the provisions of the award documentation), which is why the Contracting Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any tender and/or to cancel the entire award procedure, in accordance with the provisions of Law No 11/2018. Suspension clause - The award procedure is initiated under the suspensive clause, meaning that the conclusion of the public procurement contract is conditioned by the conclusion of the financing contract with the Ministry of Investments and European Projects on the amounts contracted (Form / Annex 1) or if this condition is not met, by the identification of another source of financing. The standstill clause shall apply for a period of 12 months from the closing date for the submission of tenders. If the condition of signing the financing contract is not fulfilled within this deadline or no other source of funding is identified, the award procedure will be cancelled.
