The current guidance house Juneco is currently located in part of building No 12. 15 unaccompanied minor refugees are accommodated here, the young people are between 12 and 18 years old. CBAW De Aanzet is currently located in Kortschipstraat No. 10. Two young people and a volunteer currently live here. This through a varied offer with a small ‘classic’ living group as well as 2 co-housing units. The site also provides a co-housing, a duo-housing and apartment for 7 small housing units. 4 studios and 1 apartment for the volunteer with emergency room (CBAW) are provided in the Korte Schipstraat 10 building.
