Description

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of medicinal products, including immunoglobulins, insulin, pharmaceuticals, anaesthetics and antiseptics and disinfectants for the SPWSZ Hospital in Szczecin. The subject-matter of the contract is divided into 45 tasks (lots).
2. The contractor must perform the contract in accordance with the terms and conditions described in the draft contract constituting Annex 4 to the ToR, the detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract, which is attached as Annex 1 to the ToR.
