1. The subject of the contract is the supply of computer equipment in 2 parts: Part 1 — Computer equipment: 1) Computers 20 pcs. 2) Monitors 20 pcs. 3) 1pc servers 4) 1pc network switch Part 2 – Printers together with the provision of a per click print management service 1) Monochrome printer A4 -14 pcs. 2. As part of the performance of the subject of the contract, the Contractor undertakes to: a) deliver the subject of the contract together with the documents required in the FTZ to the Employer's registered office, b) assemble the subject of the contract in the place indicated by the Employer, c) install and launch the subject of the contract and confirm the efficiency of the delivered equipment, d) carry out instruction of the Employer's staff on the operation and rational use of the delivered equipment, e) provide along with the subject of the contract manual in the Polish language in electronic and paper version, warranty cards, technical documentation necessary for the proper operation of the equipment, rules for providing services by an authorized service provider in the post-warranty period, list of consumables used in the current operation of the subject of the contract, other documentation required by law, implementation of the other conditions specified in the FTZ.
