Description

Delivery and installation of equipment of a new kindergarten in the village of Grashevo in Regulated plot - IV, sq. 7 according to the plan of the village of Grashevo, municipality. Velingrad, obl. It's Pazardzhik. The type and quantity of items (equipment) are specified in the Technical Specification, an integral part of this documentation. The contracting authority determines a maximum period for delivery and installation of the equipment - 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of receipt of the contracting letter by the contracting authority, and the acceptance of the work is certified by the signing of a bilateral handover protocol. The Contract shall enter into force on the date of registration in the Register of Contracts of the CONTRACTING AUTHORITY, which shall be placed on all copies of the Contract and shall be valid until the fulfillment of all obligations assumed by the Parties under the Contract, but not later than 31.10.2026. ​​​​​​​
