Description

The City of Haßfurt is planning the construction of a single sports hall with gymnastic rooms on its Augsfeld Street site, 97437 Haßfurt, based on the results of the basic assessment (LPH 1) and the preliminary planning (LPH 2).
The building plot is located in the flood area.
The contract to be awarded includes the physical planning of buildings and space-building extensions for LPH 3-9 in accordance with the HOAI §33 on the basis of the agreed preliminary draft. In the cost estimate as at 11 January 2018, the construction costs (KGR 200-700) totalled approximately EUR 3.49 million/gross. The land is allocated to educational and extra-curricular (association) use. The measure uses funding from Reg. v. Ufr. on a pro rata basis for school sport and for the share of the association use BLSV; compliance with the funding guidelines is required.
Planned start of construction summer 2019. Planned completion of the school year measure in 2020/2021.
