Description

The project consists of the construction of the new Vaucens substation, located on plot No. 3311 of the municipality of Bulle, owned by Gruyère Energie SA, approximately 250 m from the existing Etang substation. Eventually, the new position will fully replace the Etang position. The new building will accommodate high and medium voltage installations, including a 72.5 kV switchgear operated at 60 kV, a 24 kV switchgear operated at 18 kV, two 64.2/21.5-18.7 kV power transformers of 31.5 MVA and a reserve niche for a third transformer. The building will also integrate the premises and facilities necessary for auxiliary services and control-command of the post. This contract concerns the masonry work needed to build the new Vaucens substation. The services include, in particular, structural and masonry work relating to the construction of the building and its infrastructure, in accordance with the plans, technical requirements and documents in the invitation to tender. The work will have to take into account the specific constraints related to the construction of a high and medium voltage substation as well as coordination with other trades and suppliers of electrotechnical equipment.
