Description

Le présent marché a pour objet la gestion de biens immobiliers du patrimoine privé et public de la Ville de Levallois. Il est qualifié de marché de services et soumis aux dispositions du CCAG «Fournitures courantes et services» approuvé par arrêté du 16.9.2009. Une procédure d'appel d'offres ouvert a été lancée en application des dispositions des articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 et R. 2161-1 à R. 2161-5 du code de la commande publique. Ce document est désigné par les termes «le Code» dans l'ensemble du présent avis. Les prestations du marché débuteront le 1er jour du mois suivant la date de notification, pour une période d'un an. Le marché pourra être reconduit de façon tacite à l'initiative de la Ville, pour une période annuelle, dans la limite de trois fois. Pour la mission qui lui est confiée, le titulaire percevra une rémunération proportionnelle et mensuelle.
