With this invitation to tender, the contracting authority is seeking a contractor for the architectural and engineering services described in more detail in the specifications. The subject of the contract is planning services related to the construction of a new geothermal installation and the heating network in the areas of ‘deep geology’, the planning of the necessary ‘surface installations’ with the performance diagrams of buildings and interiors, technical equipment and structural design, as well as the services of ‘heat network expansion’ with the performance diagrams of civil engineering for ‘transit line to the municipal border’ and civil engineering structures ‘district heating network urban area’. The services are contracted in stages.
