Description

The subject of the contract is a comprehensive supply of natural gas in the amount of 27 500 936 kWh, consisting in the supply and distribution of natural gas to Aquanet S.A. facilities. The supply of natural gas will take place on the basis of a contract containing the provisions of a sales contract and a contract for the provision of gas distribution services (comprehensive contract) and be carried out under the conditions laid down in the Energy Law Act of 10 April 1997, the Civil Code and the implementing provisions issued on the basis thereof. The Contractor will supply natural gas in accordance with the applicable quality standards of customer service specified in implementing acts issued on the basis of the Energy Law Act. The Contractor must have current contracts with the Distribution System Operator (DSO), i.e. Polska SpóƂka Gazownictwa Sp. z o.o., for the following areas: PoznaƄ, operating on the territory of the Contracting Authority, enabling the comprehensive supply of gaseous fuel via the distribution network of the DSO to the gas consumption points specified in Annex 3 to the GIP.
