Description

1. The subject of the contract is the construction of a link between the DN1600 mm and DN1400 mm pipelines, reconstruction of the steel water main DN1600 mm for the PE100 RC Dz1400 mm pipeline, and local repair of the DN1600 pipeline by cementation. The entire investment is located within the city limits of Tychy. Total length of pipelines DN1600 for reconstruction: - PE RC pipe relining method Dz 1400 mm SDR11 PN16 – 4055,1 mb; - Min. 20 mm – 328,7 mb cementation method; - Construction of PE RC pipe joint Dz 1200 mm SDR11 PN16 – 17,5 m. 2. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract (‘OPZ’) is set out in Annex 7 to the FTZ. The project documentation detailing the subject-matter of the contract is set out in Part II of Annex 7 to the FTZ. 3. Detailed conditions for the implementation of the Order are set out in Annex 8 to the FTZ - Draft provisions of the contract, which will be introduced into the content of the public procurement contract. 4. Requirements for employment on the basis of an employment contract – in accordance with Article 95 of the Act: The Employer requires the employment on the basis of an employment contract by the Contractor, subcontractor or further subcontractor of persons performing the following activities directly related to the implementation of the subject of the contract consisting in the execution of works: demolition works; earthmoving; installation works; resurfacing; general construction and renovation works; cleaning; the work of construction equipment operators. The obligation referred to in the previous sentence does not apply to persons performing independent technical functions in construction within the meaning of the Construction Law Act of 7 July 1994. The verification of the contractor’s compliance with the requirements relating to the employment of those persons and the penalties for non-compliance with those requirements are set out in detail in Section 3 of the draft provisions of the contract – Annex 8 to the FTZ.
