Description

The subject of the contract is the successive collection, transport and management of waste of code 19 12 07 (i.e. wood other than those mentioned in 19 12 06*) resulting from the treatment of bulky waste of code 20 03 07 - in the amount of 3 800 Mg plus 40% under the option, the total amount including the option of 5 320 Mg. The Contracting Authority requires that the waste in question is ultimately transferred to the R3 recycling process in the installation(s) holding the relevant and up-to-date permit(s) for waste treatment in accordance with the applicable regulations. In this decision(s), the Contractor must demonstrate that the waste code 19 12 07 will be treated in the R3 process in a total quantity of at least 3000 Mg/year. The Contractor is obliged to submit to the Ordering Party a statement on the transfer for development and achievement in the R3 process of the level of recycling and preparation for re-use in the amount of not less than 90% of the collected waste.
