Description

RESTAURATION, CONSOLIDATION AND CONSERVATION WORKS OF THE ‘OCTAVIAN GOGA’ ASSEMBLY, within the project Restoration, consolidation and conservation of the ‘Octavian Goga’ Ensemble in the municipality of Ciucea. Taking into account the provisions of Article 160 of Law No 98/2016 on public procurement: The deadline by which any economic operator interested in participating in the procurement procedure has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the tender documentation is 16 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting authority shall set a single deadline within which it will respond to all requests for clarification / additional information, i.e. 11 days before the deadline for the submission of tenders. The deadline for replying to the clarifications was set in such a way that economic operators would have an appropriate period to analyse the tender documentation and, subsequently, to draw up the tenders in the light of the replies provided by the Contracting Authority.
