Description

The Contracting Authority would like tenders for cleaning services; daily cleaning and spring cleaning. The health trust manages and carries out primary cleaning itself. The majority of the volume in the contract is related to cleaning external office premises, ambulance stations and employee flats. Daily cleaning means cleaning carried out as scheduled cleaning assignments 1 or more times a week. Spring cleaning is cleaning that is carried out once per calendar day, but the frequency can vary between annually and every 5th years.
The Contracting Authority's cleaning need is split into 2 parts:
1) Helse Bergen needs annual spring cleaning and washing down of premises outside Haukeland University Hospital (the HUS area);
2) Helse Bergen, Medical Emergency Department, needs daily cleaning at 7 ambulance stations (Knarvik, Gulen, Fusa, Austervoll, Osterøy, Eidfjord and Vaksdal).
Tenders can be submitted for these lots, tenderers can submit tenders for several or all lots.
