Framework agreement for the overall maintenance service of the access control, intrusion detection and video-surveillance facilities operating in the built heritage of the Brussels CPAS. This heritage includes both sites and buildings managed by the Department of Public Heritage and those managed by the Department of Private Heritage. The overall maintenance covered by this Framework Agreement shall include: • Monitoring and regular monitoring of the proper functioning of the installations in accordance with the various regulations in force, the requirements of the manufacturers of the equipment of which they are composed and the requirements of these special specifications; • Setting up a battery monitoring programme; • The services necessary to maintain and bring these installations into conformity; • Troubleshooting and repair 365 days a year of these installations in the event of a breakdown or problem; • Technical assistance to the CPAS technical teams and external firms in charge of monitoring equipment used in these various installations; • Work to adapt and/or extend existing installations.
