Description

This contract provides support according to the Capacity-as-a-Service (CAAS) model for a period of two years with a possible extension for a further two years. This model offers a flexible deployment of specialized capacity, where support is provided at the time it is needed, without having to estimate in advance exactly how much work or deployment will be required. It is particularly suitable for tasks where the size and timing are difficult to predict, and where it is essential that technical tools, databases and models are kept permanently up-to-date or prepared for rapid deployment.
