Description

The subject of the contract under this procedure is the supply of magnetic resonance imaging together with equipment and integration with the PACS/RIS system and adaptation of rooms.The Contractor is obliged under the subject of the contract to perform the necessary adaptation works of rooms intended for the purposes of the installation of magnetic resonance imaging in accordance with the functional-utility program (PFU) attached to the Specifications of the Contract Conditions (SWZ) - (Annex 8). The contractor is obliged to prepare design documentation and, on the basis of it, to carry out construction works involving the adaptation of premises. The detailed description/conditions/requirements concerning the subject of the contract are included in the draft contract constituting Annex 7 to the Specifications and: detailed requirements concerning the technical and usage parameters of the subject of the contract can be found in Annex 2b to the Terms and Conditions of the contract, i.e.: in the Offer Form - technical and usage parameters.
