Description

The subject of the contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement pursuant to § 21 (3) VgV for supply and services in the field of linear accelerator systems with a contractual partner. During the term of the contract, the contracting authority may order the supply of linear accelerator systems by placing individual orders with the contracting party in accordance with the framework agreement. Further contractual terms can be found in the draft framework agreement. Contractual objects of the framework agreement are linear accelerator systems as well as operationally necessary additional systems and system integrations. In the period 2025 to 2028, three such suitable linear accelerator systems are to be procured successively. They are intended to replace the old systems in the existing premises. The old systems must be dismantled and disposed of. The current planning envisages the following chronological sequence: • 2025: Dismantling old system, conversion measures and installation of a first linear accelerator system (performance class ‘Radiosurgery (SRS)’ • 2026: training of the clinic team in the new technologies (performance class ‘Radiosurgery (SRS)’) • 2027: Dismantling old system, conversion measures and installation of a second linear accelerator system (performance class ‘High Precision’) • 2028: Dismantling old system, conversion measures and installation of a third linear accelerator system (performance class ‘High Precision’) The estimated contract value is above the EU threshold. The maximum quantity of services that can be called upon on the basis of the framework agreement for which an invitation to tender has been issued is set out as follows: a total of three linear accelerator systems (1 unit of linear accelerator systems of the power class ‘Radiosurgery (SRS)’ and 2 units of linear accelerator systems of the power class ‘High Precision’) and their operationally necessary additional systems as well as their commissioning, initial measurement of the delivery item and the system integrations and installations of the new systems into the existing IT infrastructure and IT systems.
