The general objective to which the supply of products contributes is to include a number of 30 libraries in a network of digital hubs, arranged and equipped as experiential spaces, which, through the activities facilitated in the long term and in a self-sustainable way, ensure the capitalization of digitization in the life of the community, the formation of digital skills, digital public services for companies, digital connectivity, cyber security, etc. The project will ensure the improvement of the basic digital skills of communities with limited access to digital training and of marginalized groups in the area, by transforming libraries into a network of digital hubs, organized as experiential spaces and their inclusion in a network The object of the contract is the supply of IT equipment and software - Endowment of libraries in Brasov County with IT equipment and software - 20 rural libraries and 6 city libraries Lot 1 and Lot 2.
